Early access · frames stay on this machine.
Be a nerd. Don't look like one.
LaptopNeck watches how you sit with the webcam already on your desk. Frames stay in the tab — you can prove it. Green when you stack your head. A quiet nudge when you don't. Free while we polish.

01
Zero video upload
Pose estimation runs in this browser. There is no frame buffer to a server because there is no server in the loop.
02
Built to idle all day
Low camera resolution, a lite model, and a 6 fps cap so it can sit beside your editor without cooking the machine.
03
Written for IT review
Local-only mode, no third-party analytics, and a plain-language privacy page a security team can actually approve.
Then undo it
Stretches, strength, and a two-minute loop.
Alerts are only half of it. Coach has chin tucks, trap and pec stretches, wall angels, and desk-setup checks — plus guided loops you can run after a red.
Open CoachAfter an alert
Chin tuck, blade squeeze, upper trap — two minutes in the chair.
Stretches
Neck, chest, and thoracic openers you can do at a laptop desk.
Strength + setup
Wall angels, chin-tuck reps, screen height, sit bones.
How it decides
- Calibrate once. Sit in your working posture for a few seconds. The baseline lives in this browser — never a cloud pose profile.
- Measure, don't nag. Forward head is ears versus shoulders, including a level chin sliding toward the screen. Shoulder roll is rounding inward or rolling toward the camera.
- Wait it out. Reaching for a mug is ignored. Alerts fire only after 8–15 seconds of sustained drift.
The webcam stream never leaves this computer. Scores can optionally sync when you sign in — still no video. The Prove it page shows a live upload meter (should stay at 0 video bytes).
